Q: I am an absolute beginner that has never done salsa before and I have two left feet! Can I still come?

A: Yes we have absolute beginner classes every week in all our venues, just come along when you ready, if you never dance salsa before and you have to left feet we will get you dancing from the first class
salsa will keep you fit, is fun an easy ( if you can walk you can do it).

Q: Do I need to book? A: No you do not need to book just come along and pay on the evening. classes are £6 per class or £9 two classes. Students £4.50 per class with an N.U.S. or £8 for two classes

Q: What clothe and shoes shall I wear?
A: Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable but generally not trainers or too high heals not to restrict your feet movements, casual is fine.

Q: What style of Salsa Do you teach and do you teach other sorts dance
A: We teach Cross Body Lead L.A Style: this means that Men start with the left foot stepping forward on the 1 count and ladies step backwards with the right foot and when we dance we count 123 slow 567 slow
 (quick-quick, slow, quick-quick, slow)
We also teach Bachata, Chachacha, Merengue, Regaeton and Bachata- Tango which is a mix between Argentinian Tango and Bachata.

Q: What is the age group of people who attend?
A: In our classes we have people from 18 to 75 years of age. If you under 18 years old check with us as some of our venues do not allow people under 18 years old on their premises.
